Objectives:
Haustec was established by two business partners who have worked on several business projects together throughout the years. Iain Gilles, an enthusiastic house builder and businessperson from Isla, and Kenny Hannah, a resolute heat pump expert and Engineer from Orkney, share a passion for renewable energies, and modern construction methods… and so Haustec was born.
We wanted to create a meaningful legacy for our children and the planet, whilst playing to our strengths and interests. Haustec is based upon the principles of providing established property development and construction companies, builders, and self builders of new build properties the highest quality of design, materials and home heating specialist solutions whilst never compromising on outstanding customer service. To ensure that we deliver on our promises, we only work on a small and manageable number of projects at a time. This is to safeguard that you, the client, receive the professional and expert care that you need and that your project adheres to the planned timelines.
